I am an Assistant Professor at UCSF and an ABR board-certified therapeutic medical physicist. My lab focuses on building multi-modality AI that is reliable, clinically grounded, and mechanistically informative across oncology data to predict disease trajectories, optimize treatment planning, and guide targeted interventions. Highlighted work include: glioma foundation models that connect imaging, EHR and biomarkers to design personalized radiotherapy target volumes; directional phosphorylation networks with graph modeling to map signaling and therapeutic resistance of mCRC and DMG. I received a Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and joined UCSF in 2021. I’m Core Faculty in the UC Berkeley–UCSF Bioengineering and Computational Precision Health programs, with support including NIH, DoD, foundation and intramural grants.
